Let keep bugs at bay!
Influenza, or flu, is a common infection in the U.S. Every year there can be several different circulating strains of flu virus. Symptoms include fever, headache, sore throat, and aches and pains. Most flu outbreaks occur in late autumn or winter. For most people, although unpleasant, flu is not life threatening. However, for young children and older adults, serious complications can occur. Having the annual flu vaccination is the best way to protect yourself and stay well this winter.
